If you’re driving from Coralville, you may not be able to tell where one ends and the other begins. I generally can tell by the speed limits on certain streets because the speed limits do change from one community to the other. But it is a growing community with great vision.
North Liberty is one of the fastest growing communities in the State of Iowa. The population is almost 15K and still counting. It’s just a quick jump to Iowa City, Coralville and Cedar Rapids; however, there is so many businesses popping up in North Liberty, you may find yourself not having to leave town.
The City of University Heights
University Heights is surrounded by the City of Iowa City and is very close to the University of Iowa College and Hospital. University Heights has it’s own police department and government.
Tiffin is another growing community located a few miles to the west of Coralville and Home to the Clear Creek Amana School District.
To the north of our area is the community of Solon. This community offers the small town feel but within close proximity of Iowa City, Coralville and Cedar Rapids. It’s also home to the Solon School District.
