Licensed in 1996, Sandy was a real estate agent for two years before starting her own real estate company. As a business owner in a small town, Sandy learned what it was like to run and manage all aspects of a real estate transaction; both on the buyer side, seller side and both sides with dual agency.
Sandy was able to handle as many as 50+ transactions in a year winning many awards for achievement with the Iowa REALTOR® Association. But, as successful as she was in that community, the market started its major downturn – there and nationally.
During the Real Estate Collapse in the early 2000’s, Sandy transformed her real estate business from a single brokerage to advising/consulting Top Real Estate agents nation-wide how to market and build their own real estate business during the toughest of times. By working with other agents nationally, Sandy was able to glean valuable knowledge and tools to use with her clients.
Whether you’re a buyer or seller, Sandy assists each client before, during and AFTER every transaction. Success isn’t measured in the number of homes she’s closed, but in the number of clients who become trusted friends. Those friends feel confident to refer their friends to her each time they need a trusted friend to help them sell or purchase a property.
“Having been in the real estate business for almost 23 years, I don’t look at my business as an opportunity to sell; but rather an opportunity to educate. Buyers and Sellers today can jump on any real estate internet site(s) and find listings – hundreds of listings within seconds. This in itself can be extremely overwhelming. Anyone is able to instantly receive listings from any mls portal. However, just receiving a number of listings is not everything you need to buy or sell a home.
I have the tools and systems you need to help analyze the current market, the properties of interest, as well as your financing options. I have the tools and patience to coach you to an informed decision in any buying and or selling situation – one that you will be happy with for years to come. Even if this isn’t your first or second purchase or home-sell, refreshers may be just the ticket to help make the process smoother.
Service is job one. If there is no service, there is no job.”
